Survey context: A CLP plant specimen was recovered during gill net operations on Grace Lake in July 2025. Two areas are identified for in-water search based on gill net endpoint coordinates. Each search area is defined as a circle with a 250-foot diameter (125-foot radius), centered at the midpoint between each gill net's two endpoint coordinates.

Search Priority & Rationale
Gill Net 7 (primary): The CLP specimen was directly recovered from this net. The search circle represents the possible growing location of the plant — it could have been growing anywhere within the 250-foot diameter area centered on the net's midpoint.
Gill Net 3 (alternative): This net was lifted approximately 5 minutes before GN7. There is a possibility that vegetation fell from GN3 into the boat and was inadvertently scooped up when GN7 was brought in. This area is also recommended for inspection.
